The case study 'Climate change and agriculture in Uganda' looks at the climate information services available in Uganda and how we can strengthen them.
The case study reviews the DfID and Ugandan Met Authority project to translate weather forecasts into 22 local languages. This translation can benefit locals' ability to farm. The project also aims to provide agricultural advice and early warnings of potential weather-related disasters.
