Nepal Trek

Saturday 8 - Thursday 20 November 2025

Join us as we travel to the lakeside town of Pokhara before setting off on a 5-day trek on the Ghorepani Poon Hill trail.

Located in the Annapurna region of Nepal, the trek takes you through lush alpine forests and small Himalayan villages. Along the way you'll glimpse panoramic views of spectacular snow-capped peaks, including the 8000m Himalayan giants Dhaulagiri and Annapurna.

Then travel south to Sarlahi, where you will spend a couple of days visiting education, small business and water projects. You will meet locals and experience first-hand how World Vision is working with communities to transform lives.

The trip is operated by Different Travel, a tour operator who's ethos of helping communities at home and abroad is upheld by ensuring that everyone benefits from the trip – the local community, the participants and of course World Vision through fundraising. Underpinning everything, they ensure their trips are safe, responsible and sustainable.

What a trip! It will stay with me for a long time, the memories of the challenge, the sights we experienced... the wonderful people I met.
